Breakfast in Santa Fe

Craig and I had a few meals in Santa Fe this weekend,
this fantastic breakfast being one of them.

Just Peachy!

We share a wall with our neighbor who has
a delicious peach tree. Since we give him fresh
chicken eggs, he likes to share his peachy goodness.
We picked these and made a cobbler this weekend.
Didn't take a pic of the finished goodness, forgot, but
here are some befores. Enjoy!

is just awesome... and oh so delightful!

Brick Chickenzzz

Simple.

Cover some bricks in foil, split your bird in half, season and cook skin down
for about 15 mins(depending on bird size), then finish off in the oven. It's a
fave around our place.

and others... if you are lucky enough to
get there before they sell out!
